Just 1.2 km off the Warrego Highway at Morven, Gidgee’s Bush Camp is the peaceful outback retreat you've been looking for. Simply turn at the post office toward the police station and follow the signs — the road is fully sealed bitumen. When you reach the grid, turn right, and you're almost there!
Set on over 60 acres, our campground offers wide open spaces, a relaxed atmosphere, and a touch of rustic charm. Overcrowding isn’t a problem here — you’ll have plenty of room to spread out, unwind, and enjoy the tranquility. Hidden from the road, the camp is full of character, with a quirky collection of handmade garden art created by us.

Most sites are drive-through, allowing you to stay hooked up for a hassle-free setup. Our camp kitchen is now fully powered, with cooking water, large grassy areas, and native landscaping that creates a welcoming space to cook and relax. Wilmavale Hut, our rustic nightly gathering space, offers BYO bar facilities, cosy fire and chairs and pizza ovens in the winter months.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans change, and we'll always do our best to help where we can.
30 - 15 days before arrival: 50% of your booking fee already paid will not be refunded,.
14 days or less before arrival: Full booking amount applied - no refunds available.
If we need to close access to the property due to weather or road conditions, you'll receive a full refund if you have not already entered the campgrounds.
If already checked in you will be offered an upgrade to the gravel powered sites if available or extend your stay.
